On 25th April, 2021, National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China (NHC) approved two new food additives (new enzymes for food industry), Protease and Phosphoinositide phospholipase C.

The quality specification requirements of enzymes  should meet the requirements of the "National Food Safety Standard, Food  Additives and Enzyme" (GB 1886.174).

Pseudomonas  fluorescens

Donor

Microorganisms encoding the phosphoinositide  phospholipase C gene isolated from soil.
