Account and Password
1. How do you recover a password for a legal entity account?
Please click the “Forgot your password?” button on the Legal Entity Login interface. After verifying the legal person's identity information, you can reset the password.
2. How do you recover a password for a personal account?
Please click the “Forgot your password?” button in the “Personal Login” interface. After verifying the ID information, You can reset the password after your ID information is verified. You will need a verification code that will be sent to the phone number or email provided during registration.

3. When upgrading the authentication level for a personal account, a prompt saying "Real-name Authentication Failed" appears. How can this be resolved?
(1) Please download the "CTID" (Resident Identity Network Trusted Credential) app and activate it by using a recognized ID Card. After successful activation, log in to the Government Service Portal of the NMPA, and then upgrade the real-name authentication level of your account on the “My Profile” page.
(2) If the upgrade is still unsuccessful, use the "Contact Us" - "Government Service Portal Usage Inquiry" section. When you provide your feedback, please give your identity information (name, ID card number, start date, and expiration date of ID card).
4. How do you change the legal representative on the Government Service Portal of the NMPA?
Please enter the revised information of the new legal representative in the “Account Setting” – “Change Legal Representative Information” section.
