Introduction
In this webinar, the updates to the South Korean GHS standard will be discussed. The updates are effective from the 16th January 2021. Companies with an existing South Korean SDS will be required to update it in accordance with these new changes, and so, it is important that companies know their new obligations to maintain compliance going forward. Fortunately, the South Korean authorities are allowing a series of grace periods for updating your SDS and these will depend on the tonnage bands of the substances. The updates to CBI protection will also be overviewed in this webinar.
Join us as CIRS Europe on Feb 17th, where we will discuss the South Korean GHS updates and how these changes may affect your existing SDS. We will also help you determine the best course of action for updating your existing SDS before the end of the applicable grace period.
