Free Webinar: New Chemical & Polymer Registration under K-REACH and KOSHA

Introduction

The Act on the Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals (known as K-REACH) is an internationally influential chemical regulation act after EU-REACH. K-REACH passed the plenary session of the National Assembly in Korea on April 30, 2013 and has come into force on Jan 1, 2015. Dec. 2016, the Ministry of Environment (MoE) started to revise the K-REACH and the amended K-REACH came into force from 1 Jan. 2019.

Following the amended K-REACH, Occupational Safety and Health Act (known as KOSHA) is also on the verge of amendment. So, we would like to suggest what enterprise should prepare for and how enterprise can manage its changing methods of new chemicals’ registration.

Guoxi Zhang, Chemical Regulatory Consultant, CIRS China

Mr. Guoxi Zhang Graduated from Tongji University. She has rich experience in chemical regulations, including China New Chemicals, Hazardous Chemicals, China GHS, Korea K-REACH and EU-REACH.
