Introduction
On April 29th, 2020, the "Measures for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 12) was officially announced and will take effect on January 1st, 2021. On November 17th, 2020, the "Guidelines for the Environmental Management and Registration of New Chemical Substances" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Announcement No. 51 of 2020, referred to as the Guidelines) was officially announced. The guidelines are supporting normative documents for the implementation of Order NO. 12, which refine relevant regulations and clarify specific implementation requirements.
This webinar will analyze and introduce the main points of the guidelines, and will help companies to fully understand the latest requirements of regulations and to better complete the new chemical substance registration compliance work in China.
