Mr. Jian Ye is senior project manager in marketing department of CIRS China and responsible for global chemical regulatory compliance programs of domestic customers. He has over 10 years work experience in formulating registration strategies and risk assessment especially EU REACH, K-REACH as well as global GHS. Mr. Ye has been supporting more than 300 companies including 60 listed companies with chemical regulatory affairs consulting service.

Judy Li, Regulatory Consultant, Chemical Legislation Compliance Dept

Ms. Judy Li has obtained a Master degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Ottawa. Judy has a deep research into chemical regulations in EU and Asia Pacific regions, with rich experience in registration and safety management of chemical products in China and international market. She specialises in assisting multinational companies to obtain regulatory approvals and providing consulting service for compliance programs like product safety and regulatory risk management.

Jim Mo, Business Development in CIRS Group USA Inc.

Mr. Jim Mo stations in Washington D.C office of CIRS Group and responsible for business operations of chemicals and food sector in North America. A Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University, Jim channels his experience as a lead chemist into serving the industry with regulatory compliance consultancy.
