CIRS Europe to host EU CLP webinar for IACI members

CIRS Europe will be presenting a webinar exclusively for members of the Irish Association of Chemicals & Ingredients (IACI) on the European regulation for classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (EU CLP).

On Wednesday, June 28, Dean Winder, Senior Regulatory Consultant at CIRS Europe, will take IACI members through the background of the regulation, the differences between EU and UK CLP, and what companies need to do to remain compliant.

He will also briefly touch on the European Commission's recent amendment that introduced several new classification criteria to identify endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) and persistent and mobile substances.

The IACI represents Ireland’s chemical supply chain from distributors, traders as well as logistics and warehousing. It plays a vital part in the supply chain of chemical materials and ingredients to Ireland’s manufacturing industry.
