China Trailed the Hazardous Chemical Public Information Platform

China National Registration Center for Chemicals (NRCC) launched a Public Service Internet Platform for national hazardous chemicals safety. This platform is currently on trial operation.

In accordance with SAWS Order 53, manufacturers and importers of hazardous chemicals must register their substances. Then, users may search the detailed information of the hazardous chemical manufacturers, importers as well as information of the registered substances through this platform.

Users may also make search of GHS classifications and get to know the hazard classifications of substances by inputting the Chinese name, English name or the CAS No.

Meanwhile, this platform also provides information on chemical regulations, emergency response technical services, report on accidents as well as education videos.
